LinRADiO is an initiative of Radixon Group, to provide a free forum for Linux users interested in PC-based radio, especially software-defined radio.
Radixon Group is a venture of the Robotron Group company, incorporated in 1983 in order to commercialize applied science research in several technology fields.
WiNRADiO Communications, a division fully dedicated to research of advanced communication technologies, was established in 1996 as a result of success of the WiNRADiO product range.
The LinRADiO initiative serves to bring some of the developed technology to the Linux platform.

In general, Radixon Group's mission is to advance radio communications by way of close integration with modern computing technologies.
In addition to our standard range of innovative products we also produce customized solutions for specialized surveillance, industrial and monitoring applications.
We are big enough to have the necessary know-how and facilities, and small enough to be flexible and to care for our customers.
Dedicated to innovation, the Radixon research labs (pictured) are located in a modern building in Oakleigh, about 30 minutes
from Melbourne CBD. Our manufacturing is done at an ISO-9002 accredited modern plant in Braeside, an industrial area of Melbourne.
